dnsbl.trblspam
TRBLSPAM (pronounced "turble spam") is a anti-spam DNS-based locking list (DNSBL).
A brief history. Our tiny little spamtraps receive over 750,000 unwanted email messages every month.
After many years of our domains being dormant, we decided to capture and share this valuable reputation data,
helping the internet identify who is sending to bad and invalid addresses. We hope this DNSBL helps
you reduce your inbound spam load.
Preventing false positives. We attempt to exclude backscatter and NDRs (non-delivery reports,
aka bounces). We also attempt to prevent listings of legitimate ISP and webmail outbound mail servers.
Please use SPF. If you run an ISP, please publish your outbound mail server IP addresses as
an SPF record. This makes it much easier for people like us to prevent accidentally listing your
servers.
Do you need help? If you have any questions about the
list, list policies, issues with specific listings, please email the
TRBL Support team at trblhelp@gmail.com.
Do you want to watch us make the sausage? It's easy to learn more about what we're doing with
the TRBLSPAM project. We have a blog, and you can
also find TRBLSPAM on Twitter.
